PROJECT: - GODALMING SURREY

Project Description:  -  Bungalow conversion 

 

Conversion of a 2-bedroom 1960's bungalow into a 4-bedroom family home, with a large family room kitchen/dinner. The project changed a number of times from the very original concept as the client’s budget increased and they could see more potential in the site. 

PROJECT: -  FARNHAM SURREY

Project Description:  - 2 story extension 

 

2 story extension to add a further bedroom, extend and add an en-suite bathroom to another bedroom.

Addition of a large modern family living area with lots of light off the kitchen to the garden.

PROJECT: -  CHEAM SURREY

Project Description:  - Conservatory  replacement

 

Replacement of an inefficient wooden and plastic roofed conservatory.

Replace with a modern thermally efficient orangery styled extension. Opening up the existing dining room kitchen and conservatory as one family space. Addition of large matching doors to the kitchen for extra light to the area.

 

Several different finish option renders were supplied so the client was totally comfortable with their final decision   

PROJECT: -  ASH SURREY

Project Description:  - Extension to side and rear of Bungalow

 

Additional space required for a family. Extension to the side and rear adding an extra bedroom and en-suite and large lounge/dining room and allowing a lot of extra light with a discrete roof lantern and large set of doors.

PROJECT: -  FOUR MARKS HAMPSHIRE

Project Description:  - Extension & Modernisation

 

A 2-story extension to the front of the property to open up and allow more light to flow through the house.

A 2-story extension was added to the rear allowing for larger bedrooms and en-suites.

The rear ground floor was extended to allow for a large kitchen dining and family room.

Project Description:  - Floor plan re-design interior space

 

A 1970's apartment was in much need of a re-design.

take the original space and look at opening it up to give a modern, contemporary feel. We gave the client two options to consider one being a fully open plan loft feel and the second still allowing for a separate kitchen.
